Business Permit Renewal

Renew your business permits annually to maintain compliance and keep your business operating legally.

What is Business Permit Renewal?

Business Permit Renewal is the mandatory annual process of updating and renewing your business permits and registrations with local and national government agencies in the Philippines. All businesses, regardless of size or structure, must renew their Barangay Clearance, Mayor's Permit (Business Permit), and BIR Annual Registration Fee each year to maintain legal operating status, ensure tax compliance, and avoid penalties, fines, or business closure. The standard renewal deadline is January 20 for local permits and January 31 for BIR registration.
