3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

4. Document Submission and Handling

4.1 Document Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and legible documents as required for each service. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

4.2 Document Security

All documents uploaded to our platform are:

• Encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption.
• Stored securely on our servers.
• Accessible only to authorized personnel and the account owner.
• Protected with HMAC-SHA256 integrity verification.

4.3 Document Retention and Automatic Deletion

All documents uploaded to our platform, including government-issued IDs, business certificates, financial records, and related files, will be retained for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of upload.

After the 5-year retention period:

• All encrypted document files will be permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.
• Corresponding database records will be removed.
• This process is automated and occurs daily.
• No manual intervention is required.

The 5-year retention period complies with:

• Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements for tax and financial document retention.
• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) record-keeping regulations.
• General accounting and audit trail requirements under Philippine law.

4.4 Early Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your documents before the 5-year period by contacting us in writing. However, we may retain certain documents if required by law or ongoing legal proceedings.

4.5 No Advance Notification

We will not provide advance notification before automatic deletion. It is your responsibility to download and maintain copies of your documents if you need them beyond the 5-year period.

4.6 Retention Exceptions

Documents may be retained longer than 5 years if:

• Required by court order or legal process.
• Part of an ongoing investigation or litigation.
• Subject to regulatory hold.
• Required for tax audit or government inquiry.

4.7 Anonymized Records

While documents are deleted after 5 years, anonymized inquiry records (excluding personal information and documents) may be retained for statistical and business analysis purposes.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Fees for services will be communicated to you prior to engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Approval of applications by government agencies.

8.2 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

8.3 Maximum Liability
